”We were disappointed we could not check in before four. They said oh you used Expedia. Not sure if we could have if we booked directly. It was $20 for early check in. We were very disappointed as we had been up since five AM the lace was empty and room was ready. But rule was 4 pm. Or $20. Nice continental breakfast but restaurant closed. Complimentary early check will be a must next booking”

”Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card...
