”Room is clean. Breakfast is good. The only drawback is not too many restaurants/dining option in the area especially if you Asian and want some Asian food.”

”You wouldn’t expect a motel in the middle of nowhere to offer nice, clean and quiet rooms like they do, but dang… they DO! One of the cleanest hotel/motel rooms I’ve stayed in and I slept like a corpse. In a good way. Nice little breakfast too!”

”Good overall”

”I did like the big room. There were brown stains leaking down the walls. The tub was cracked in multiple places. The structure of the wall in the restroom was compromised. You could tell the couch in the room hasn't been cleaned in a while. The sheets on the hide a bed were dirty. The a/c unit made awful noises all night. There was dust accumulation in the popcorn ceiling and on the furniture. There was trash behind every piece of furniture. There was a chip bag wrapper under the couch....

The staff provided the best and most friendly service, and the breakfast was delicious—it was the perfect healing getaway. The hotel was clean, cozy, and provided the ultimate space for us to fully rest and recharge during our journey.”

”Great historical hotel stay. Be aware if staying on a Sunday that the bar is closed, as well as many shops/restaurants on the plaza. You can walk to the Buffalo Hall, about .5 miles away, for good drinks and eats and history. So much history in the area. Only issue is that the pillows need upgrading.”

The manager took us around and showed us one of the two rooms they had available, and right away we chose the first without looking at the other one. ”I have stayed at this property before. The positives are the price is reasonable and they allow pets and have a pet area. The pet fee is less than other motels. The staff was pleasant. The room was basic and clean. The negative. The door was extremely hard to get into with the key card plus it was sticking to open and close. We did not use the pool or internet. The breakfast was so so. The staff had made biscochitos, salsa and homemade tortillas which were a surprise and very good. ...
