”Noteworthy: check in early and Be sure to book directly with the hotel, not a 3rd party booking site even though for 2 rooms, it was $400 cheaper.
I hope our experience was a one-off. We were confronted upon check-in with little slips of paper and numbers to call to deal with a glitch caused by the third party online booking. Some validation of the customer would have been appreciated.

”The Carlisle is a lovely, upscale hotel with a gorgeous 3-story spiral staircase. All the rooms on our side of the building had balconies with chairs overlooking the valley. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is listed as continental, but always has a hot dish as well as boiled eggs and Belgian waffles. ”The stay was amazing. Very luxurious. Shower is huge, separate soaking tub which was great. The views into the valley was gorgeous while enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Couldn't have chose a better place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!”
