”Room needed more lights. It wasn’t well lit. Shower needs a foot rest. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Needs upgrade. Thermostat was confusing to operate. House keeping was good and staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was decent, not spectacular but the staff was warm and helpful”

”This hotel is great! I would recommend it as an excellent place to stay. The decor is beautiful! They treat guests with courtesy, the breakfast was yummy (especially the pastries), and the availability of tea, coffee, and snacks all evening was so thoughtful. ”

”My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway for his birthday. The casino games weren’t favorites, but that’s just my opinion. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean and staff friendly. ”

”Easy remote check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had options for various dietary preferences. Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. ”

”The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure.”

”Rooms are small. Staff members were sometimes more focused on the task assigned than guests! As an older lady I would expect a young employee to give way to a guest carrying luggage. At least let them on the elevator rather than stepping front and almost pushing you out of the way! I would as like it was St Patrick’s Day and people were loading their rooms for celebrations but guests just trying to get to their room should be given consideration. We paid the same or higher rate! ”
