”Arrived to find the bed not made. Then hostess said she had no other rooms because she had 40 guests not checked in yet. I said we're here and you can get the room cleaned before they come. She did give us another room reluctantly. It didn't have any air conditioning. I'm pretty sure she knew this. Has to be one of our worst experiences”
”I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There...
