”This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will...

”Beautiful hotel, brand new so still very nice. The casino, however, was not very generous. I think they are trying to pay off the place. Also, not a lot of food options, and none of the rooms have a lake view.”

”There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded.
The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels.
The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed.”
