”This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will...

”Beautiful property. Nice furnishings.
However, one of the closets smelled very musty. And the HVAC system would not shut off. Even on heat it was still blowing cold air.
I didn’t know it was a that home share thing until I arrived. And breakfast was lacking.
While I’ve said quite a few negative things here I would still recommend it. It’s a nice place that is different from staying at a traditional hotel. If you like that sort of thing, this place is for you.”

”There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded.
The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels.
The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed.”

”Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium.
The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above.
