”Service was non-exsistent. The location of the Spring Valley Ranch was incredibly difficult to find. The interaction with the only representative encountered was to describe me as “a dude”. The room, though fine, was poorly lit. Decided not to stay and drive 2 hours to find a decent accommodation.”

”The property was amazing, just a few things kept me fro. Saying exceptional. 1. No internet, it was out and no tech, have a teenage daughter who expected intrrnet, but we made due. 2. Grill was dirty and replacement smelled bad. New grills on order though. Staff was attentive, very polite, and their breakfast buffet is amazing! No matter what time you came in for breakfast food was hot. We really enjoyed our stay, just maybe next time partake in the watercraft. Look forward to a...
