”River House is an awesome place to stay in the Hardwick Vermont area. The house is steps off of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail which is some of Northern Vermont’s best bike riding. Gail and David were awesome hosts and were on hand with suggestions on how to navigate the area. The home is spotless and the house obtains everything you need for a great stay. Amenities were excellent. --The view was awesome, especially during the fall foliage season. --Driving was quite a challenge as it was a rocky dirt road. Car needed a really good wash after our stay. --Using the bathroom sink was a challenge as the cabinet was directly over it so it didn't give much room to lean over without bumping our heads. ”

”The house was amazing. Beautiful view with big windows. A wonderful deck with great furniture. Kayaks to paddle around the lake. The 4 (two couples) of us really enjoyed ourselves. Just so you know the house is situated next to the two lane highway so there was car and truck noise. Other than that it was great. Nice restaurant with good food nearby. It was right off the LVT rails to trails. So convenient to our bike ride. ”
