”This property worked well with our family group of 10. We had 5 adults; 4 teens and 1 10-year-old. 3 bedrooms for the adults; the media room with flexible futons for the teen girls; and another room with futons for the 2 guys (1 teen and 1 10-yr-old). We set up a folding table in the open kitchen for more dining space. The 3 bathrooms were great with plenty of towels for daily showers and plenty of hot water! ”We came in for a concert at the Ruoff center and were so glad to have found this fabulous house. It is an easy and safe walk to and from the venue. The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have spent more time in the house but it was a quick trip for us.”

”Cute house, very busy road in front so a little noisy. Very convenient to everything within minutes to that was great. Has just about everything you need and you couldn’t beat the view off the deck. I wish there would have been better access to the River and emailing communication with the host is poor. Otherwise we had a good stay and would probably rent again. ”

”This was the most relaxing atmosphere in the home and outside of the home. It was clean and comfortable. I will most definitely rent this again in the future. The host is absolutely wonderful with all her extra touches, like for instance a decorated cake waiting for us in the refrigerator!”

My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. ”It's a really interesting set up but there is lots of space. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Plenty of towels and we enjoyed the fireplace. It's really a perfect house for a short to long term stay. Cons: the dryer didn't dry very well and the couch is really uncomfortable.”
