The Space:

Upon arrival, you will enter a bright living area where comfort and cosiness are key. The open-plan space combines an inviting dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking together and enjoying quality time around the table. The comfortable seating area with television is the perfect place to relax after a day by the sea. Thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding fields and peaceful landscape.



Outside, you will find a spacious terrace with a picnic table and a fully enclosed garden. A wonderful place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax during long summer evenings or where children can play safely.



The holiday home features two bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a practical bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people and a television, as well as the bathroom with a shower and washbasin. On level -1, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed, television and ample storage space for a comfortable stay. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.



Alegria Newport also offers a separate toilet, two private parking spaces and a convenient outdoor storage area where bicycles can be safely stored. Everything is provided for a comfortable and worry-free stay.



The surrounding area offers plenty to discover: Oostduinkerke beach is only a 6-minute drive away, and the iconic Oostduinkerke water tower is within walking distance. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the coast and the surrounding area.

After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
