The spacious open-plan living area and kitchen immediately feel bright and inviting, with a warm contemporary interior that instantly creates a holiday atmosphere. The comfortable lounge area with flatscreen TV is the perfect place to relax together, while the large sliding window gives direct access to the balcony, ideal for a coffee in the sun or an aperitif after a walk on the beach.



The kitchen perfectly matches the open character of the apartment: spacious, practical and fully equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and combi oven. Thanks to the additional seating area, cooking becomes a social moment shared with family or friends.



With three spacious bedrooms, the apartment comfortably accommodates 7 guests: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed. Upon arrival, all beds are freshly made with quality linen, so your holiday can begin immediately without worries. The modern bathroom features a shower and double washbasin, towels are provided, and there is also a separate toilet in the hallway.



The location completes the experience: just 50 metres from the beach, dunes and promenade, with shops, restaurants and public transport nearby. An additional advantage is the garage box within walking distance; ideal for arriving stress-free, even during busy summer periods, and starting your holiday straight away.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
