The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. ”一開始差點找不到，其實從東急大井町線戶越公園車站（OM-03)雖然距離遠一點點但是相對比較好走。 房東回覆訊息速度快，房屋設備超級齊全，空間也很大，洗衣機是洗脫烘，每天洗衣服就不需要帶太多衣服，房間衣架很多，廚房的廚具鍋具非常齊全，還有微波爐、烤箱、大餐桌，真的有讓人回到家的感覺，以後有機會一定會再到這邊住宿。”

”The house is much smaller, but is in a very nice neighborhood, and is surrounded by severel ammeneties to help with your visit, in a few minutes is a familymart and a 7-eleven, 5 minutes away is a grocery chain (Bel-X) and a Daiso, and the station thats 8 minutes away connects to a decent amount, with the easiest to access being Kita-Senju, allowing quick travel to most of the main areas, notably akihabara with the express liner. ”This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...

”It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions.”

”The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.”

”Easy access to the train station and town. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming. We had our privacy upstairs with a lounge, balcony,2 bedrooms, toilet and sink. Downstairs we shared the bathroom and kitchen with the host and their family. Plus use of the washing machine.”

”Incredibly convenient location, just a very short walk to the train station. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were big enough for us. Only thing I would say to be aware of is that the 3 floors are divided by a single staircase that is a bit narrow and steep. There is a Lawson right down the road, on the way to the train station. Excellent for when you're coming back late at night. The Lawson is a great pickup/drop-off spot for taxis if you need a ride.”
