  • Aloha ja tervetuloa vasta uusittuun huoneistoomme aurinkoiseen Poipuun, Kauai. Tämä yksityisomistuksessa oleva, hyvin hoidettu yhden makuuhuoneen yksikkö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta!

    Voit rentoutua lanaiilla samalla kun nautit kauniista merinäköalasta. Se on täydellinen pariskunnille ja hieno kuherruskuukausi.

    Olohuoneesta on upeat näkymät puutarhaan ja uima-altaalle.

    Voit kuulla valtameren aallot makuuhuoneesta yöllä tai rentoutua Lanalla kauniilla merinäköalalla. Keittiö on täysin varustettu tavallisella 30 'uunilla ja mikroaaltouunilla. Uusi 40 tuuman LCD-televisio HD-kanavilla nauttimiseksi olohuoneessa. Lisäksi asensin juuri uuden 27 tuuman television makuuhuoneeseen. Kaikissa televisioissa on Blue Ray -soitin

    Kadun toisella puolella on kaksi hiekkarantaa. Uinti merikilpikonnien kanssa ja valaiden ja munkkien hylkeiden tarkkailu on 100 metrin päässä huoneistosta. Tai voit rentoutua uima-altaan äärellä, jota ympäröi trooppinen puutarha, samalla kun kuuntelet lähellä olevan vesiputouksen ääniä. Grillausmahdollisuus on käytettävissäsi piknikpöytien avulla.

    Poipun alueella on erilaisia erinomaisia ravintoloita. Kaupat ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä Old Koloa Townista tai Poipu Shopping Villagesta. Älä unohda käydä Spouting Hornissa ja kasvitieteellisessä puutarhassa kävelyetäisyydellä. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä on golf, tennis ja ratsastus. Kukuiulan satamassa on avoimia merisukelluksia, merimatkoja, purjehdusta ja urheilukalastusta.

Jos alle 90 päivän kirjallinen ilmoitus, koko alkuperäinen talletus menetetään. Vuokra ja valmistevero pidätetään, mikäli alle 60 päivää kirjallisesti ilmoitetaan siitä. The kitchen is well stocked, AC is nice at night for comfortable sleep and furniture is comfortable. There is a nice breeze that blows through the condo making it very comfortable during the day without AC. There is a nice view of Prince Kuhio Park and the ocean from the lanai. The only negative from my point of view is uncomfortable chairs on the lanai. It was difficult to sit on the lanai for long periods because of the chairs.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

AMAZING!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for my cousin's wedding close by, and I cannot believe how perfect this condo was for the occasion! They had everything you need at your fingertips, across the street from the water and one of the best restaurants on the island, it was honestly everything we could have asked for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this beautiful island! Thank you for having us! Mahalo - Lindsay & Steve

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

Amazing views to be had with tranquil mornings

Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

Reviewer Comments: We are a retired couple, and unit #213 was perfect for us: tropical furnishings and colorful watercolor paintings adorning the walls, comfortable bed, air conditioning!, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, amazing gardens and pool, easy covered parking nearby PLUS bonus excellent snorkeling across the street and an excellent shave ice stand nearby - we had everything we needed and will definitely stay again.

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer and a/c all worked perfectly. And the bed was comfortable. The only downside is having to go to the rental office to pick up and drop off keys.

The condo was very clean, extremely well stocked with everything needed and more! We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and the 'parakeet show' at sunset and sunrise was awesome! Grounds were very well kept as well, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day before heading across the street for sunset. We will definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time here. Unfortunately, there was a ridiculous rain storm that flooded the basement and the hot water heater. We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.
