An intimate holiday complex situated right next to the banks of the Parsęta River. The area is peaceful, yet the resort center is just a short walk away. The seaside beach is 650 meters away. It is close to the fish market, where you can buy fresh fish straight from the fishing boats.
A comfortable, very spacious apartment (first floor) accommodating up to 8 people. It consists of a living room (TV, double sofa bed, table and chairs), two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. Central heating and Wi-Fi are provided.
The fenced grounds feature a wooden cabin with a sauna (available for an additional fee), a hot tub, and a shower. Amenities include secure parking, a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a large garden gazebo, and an attractive playground with a trampoline for children. Guests also have access to a relaxation terrace with garden furniture. The property offers direct access to the riverbank, where you can relax on sun loungers or enjoy some fishing. Breakfast is available for purchase on-site.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water usage, heating, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, and a baby cot and high chair (advance notice required).
The main attraction of the Kołobrzeg resort is its wide, sandy seaside beach. There are also many walking routes—through the seaside park, along the seafront promenade, across the historic pier, and through the Old Town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the oceanarium, the seaport, and the cathedral. For families with children, we recommend a trip to the Pomerania Fun Park; this is a year-round amusement park located in the village of Dygowo (approximately 15 km from Kołobrzeg).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
