”This might be important t8 some people. This hotel is so called "love" hotel. So people can spend only 3 hours here if they wang. BUT! It doesnt show, okey, lamps in the room you can choose to be red and there is porn on tv. I did like this place a lot. Rooms were HUGE and internet excellent. We had karaoke stuff in the room also and jacuzzi. We didnt have a car so it was bit difficult just with the busses but just outside of the hotel there is stop and there stops "Hakone free pass" busses...

”Great staff and very nice place overall, especially the onsen was great. But the food was bad. And there’s nowhere else to eat at this location after 16.00 afaik. If you go here, bring your own food. You’re better off with 7-eleven snacks than with the overpriced tiny TV meals that the “restaurant” offers. Also the room had no working ac. Temperature was fine but humidity was 100. Pricing was not that transparent either, our +1 additional guest cost us more than the room itself but hotels...

”Our family of four stayed here in the suite. Experience was fantastic in every way. Service was top notch from the moment you step foot until you leave. Rooms were as expected; clean, comfortable beddings (both mattress and futon), and the view was picturesque. Both private and public onsen was great. Not many people in the public onsen when I was there. Public onsen has outdoor portions which was nice environment. Food was course meal for both dinner and breakfast. All delicious. We didn’t...

”步行至JR御殿場站和公車站約5分鐘，若要自駕，門口即有停車場，交通方便。 男性櫃台人員 (忘了名字) 服務親切，且積極處理客戶問題。因為我從不同來源各訂一晚房間 (等於連住兩晚)，早班的女性櫃台人員直接拒絕幫我安排在同一房間，要我第二天收拾行李 check-out 再 check-in；但晚班的男性櫃台人員一開始雖說因兩間房型不同 (一為單張雙人床、二為兩張單人床) 而無法連住同房，但因為兩房房價相同，還是幫我處理，讓我不需換房，非常感謝。 雙床房空間大，一進門的玄關空間就足以將29吋行李箱平開攤放。室內有基本備品，若有額外需求，也可到大廳自行取用。飯店鼓勵環保，如果選擇不打掃房間，會送一個自動販賣機的代幣，換飲料。 住房皆附早餐，雖然品項稱不上豐富，但也算營養健康。 從門口即可看到雄偉的富士山，大大加分。要吃宵夜的話，附近也有便利商店。大廳有製冰機、咖啡機、自動販賣機及微波爐。唯一不足的是室內只有一張椅子。”
