”One very seldom meets so friendly and professional staff as at Serena Inn. Rooms are cosy with local flavour in furniture, seaview is great and food is delicious. All details in the building show that plenty of effort and money has been invested into restoration. The hotel has been built from the former post headquarters and a chinese doctor´s home - fotos show that the starting point was quite discouraging. The end result is far from sterile standard.”

”I absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect, it was in the heart of stone town. Felt very safe, also felt like you were living like a local. The room was very spacious. The food was great. Breakfast had many options & the food from the restaurant was a 10/10. There’s also many things to do in the area such as shop, museums or even restaurants. ”

”TOA Hotel & Spa Zanzibar is a fairly new, very clean and cozy resort. The beach isn’t great for swimming, but we knew this at the time of the booking. The pool area is nice, but the water is a bit cold. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, but unfortunately there were quite a few problems with the jacuzzi. They tried to clean and fix the jacuzzi a few times, but the water temperature would not hold comfortable (either too hot or cold) and the jacuzzi kept getting debris from the hosing. The room...

”Vietimme loistavan kaksiviikkoisen loman tässä todella tasokkaassa hotellissa . En voisi kuvitella parenpaa ja ystävällisempää palvelua mitä saimme osaksemme. Aamiaisbuffetti oli täydellinen. Samoin menuu. Kaiken lisäksi pääkokki kävi kyselemässä että jos listalta ei löydy sopivaa niin tehdään sellainen. Ei tarvinnut tehdä. Sijainti erinomainen . Meren rannalla , kaupunkin keskustassa.”
