”Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful. Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber. Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience”

”I loved every minute of my stay. Amazing place, beautiful views and very kind staff. I was so happy that the dinner was served in my room, such a unique experience. Special thanks to Kubota who served our dinner and was so very kind to explain every dish for us. You're the best! Can't wait to comeback!”

”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!”

”A fairly remote location, perfect for exploring Yamanaka with great nearby views of Mount Fuji. Excellent price for the quality of amenities. The check in/out process were well optimized for the autonomous travellers, and the interactions I did have with staff were cordial and friendly.”

”Staff , very friendly!!! Clean but limited facilities but it’s understandable for the fee rate. Breakfast is awesome! Wonderful start of a day! Thank you everyone in the inn!”

”Cool concept. True glamping as you cook/prepare your food but in a kitchen/grill atmosphere. The dome sleeping was cozy. Had air conditioning or heat as needed. Plenty of space. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor bathroom. Outdoor balcony had both hot and cool soak tubs plus a domed steam sauna. Amenities provided. Shuttle service from bus stop or train if requested. Ensure you contact them ahead of time as they have to plan your arrival. Otherwise take a taxi. Ensure translator app if you don’t...

”Michael and his wife, Kotoha, are genuinely lovely people. They were incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating, and made me feel very welcome during my stay. The hostel itself is very well kept, exceptionally clean and tidy, with great facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommended.”
