Tämä on kaunis moderni, täynnä valoa, viehättävä perheystävällinen 3 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, jossa on ilmainen pysäköinti. Huoneisto Antonia & Mario Milicic voi majoittua jopa 6 hengelle loistavalla paikalla 250-300 metrin päässä rannoista, turistikohteesta, jossa on uima-altaat ja leikkikentät, ja josta on kauniit näkymät Cavtatin lahdelle. Auto ei ole välttämätön, mutta varmista, että kävellessäsi kadulla on osittain jyrkkä.

Ravintolat, rannat, uima-altaat, vesipuisto, leikkikentät ovat noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta, Cavtatin satama on 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä merestä. Jos sinulla on auto, meillä on ilmainen pysäköintipaikka, jos et halua vuokrata autobussit ovat vain lähellä, kaikki on kävelyetäisyydellä vain varmista, kun palattu rantatieltä on osittain jyrkkä joten emme suosittele, jos sinulla on kävelyn ongelmia.

Huoneisto sijaitsee mukavalla paikalla Cavtatin matkailualueella lähellä Remisens Hotel Albatrosia ja Episaurusta, joten vieraillamme on mahdollisuus käyttää ulko- ja sisäuima-allasta ja tenniskenttää lisämaksusta (noin 8 euroa per henkilö per päivä). Rannat, joissa on aqapark, ovat lähellä huoneistoa aivan kuten sukellus ja vesiurheilukeskus. Huoneistossa on vene, jota voi vuokrata myös alennuksella asiakkaillemme aivan kuten jos asiakkaat haluavat lisensoitua päälliköä ajaa paikallisia saaria tai Mljetin kansallispuistoa.


Vain muutaman minuutin päässä asunnosta pääsee veneitä, jotka vie sinut suoraan Dubrovnik OLD TOWN, suuri ja erityinen ratsastaa, joka tekee sinusta välttää kesän väkijoukkoja ja liikennettä. Huoneistossa on erittäin mukava merinäköala, etenkin auringonlasku. Omistajat eivät asu paikan päällä, joten asiakkailla on oma yksityisyys.

Huoneisto Milicic Antonia & Mario on ilmastoitu 2 AC, wifi koostuu 3 kahden hengen makuuhuonetta, olohuone, ruokailuhuone, täysin varustettu keittiö, 2 parveketta, kylpyhuone ja wc. Yksi makuuhuone on tv ja dvd asetettu samoin.

Huoneisto Milicicin kanssa vieraillamme on erityinen mahdollisuus vuokrata moottorivene yhdessä Milicic-huoneen kanssa erikoishintaan nauttia Cavtatin lahden piilotetuista rannoista ja välttää tungosta Cavtat-rannoista sesonkiaikana.

Kauppa on noin 200-300 metrin päässä asunnosta, ja Old Town Cavtat noin 20 "kävelymatkan päässä merestä. Rannat ovat 250m päässä asunnosta, varmista, että kun palaat asuntoon on hieman jyrkkä tie. Linja-autoasema on 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta.
Asunto A & M Milicic on matkailualueella, jossa päähotellit sijaitsevat, rannat, ravintolat, leikkikentät ja vesipuisto lapsille.

Linja-autoasema on 2 'kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta, joten Dubrovnikin vanhakaupunki on helposti saavutettavissa eikä autoa tarvitse vuokrata, ellei haluat nauttia koko alueesta autolla.
Asunnossa Antonia & Mario Milicic on myös parkkipaikka aivan yhtä vähän kellarikerroksessa, jossa vieraat voivat jättää matkatavaransa, jos heillä on myöhään illalla.

A functional, clean apartment and connections to Antonia worked well. The apartment is located on a slope, so the walk there was difficult, but the scenery is wonderful. The store was nearby but on a busy road with no sidewalks. We didn't have a car available. The local people were friendly and everyone knew English. We were not allowed to use the pool at Hotel Albatross, but we could use the pools at Hotel Episaurus for free. This Hotel has a good standing table where children can eat free of charge. The port area of ​​Cavtat is wonderful.

Lovely view, lovely apartment

Lovely, well equipped, clean and compact apartment. Great views are accompanied with stunning sunsets. Never been in a holiday apartment with so many additional towels, dishwasher tablets, tea lights etc. Little things make such a difference. Also truly appreciated the wine and beers left for us after late evening flight and the very quick responses from Antonia to any questions. 3 modern double bedrooms with comfortable beds. Could do with a mirror in each bedroom. Two bathrooms which was great for our family of 4 adults. Hand held shower was a surprise. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars to frequent in Cavtat. Dubrovnik is 45 minute boat or 20 min taxi ride away. Had a great holiday and would love to come back.

Fantastic Family Break

We were looked after from the moment we booked our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Advice on restaurants and the surrounding area via WhatsApp was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the beautiful Cavtat.

Wonderful hosts and a lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week at Antonia and Mario's apartment. Antonia couldn't have been more helpful and replied promptly to all questions, of which we had many! The apartment was spotless and everything had been thought of. Cavtat is a beautiful place. The apartment is 5 minutes from the closest beach and a 20 minute walk, by the sea, to the Old Town. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Absolutely perfect!

This vacation home was absolutely perfect. Mario and Antonia were absolutely wonderful hosts, catering to all our needs and leaving nothing to want. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and a perfect spot to watch the gorgeous sunset. The apartment is clean and in excellent condition with two airconditioners which came in handy! Beds are cumfy and of different hardness so that each of our family members could find the perfect fit. Cavtat was remarkable, with excellent dining and breathtaking views. The bar on the outside of the peninsula was a favorite, as well as the bar in Hotel Croatia overlooking the bay. Ciparis became our second home, with excellent food and service. We did some excursions, where we found the trip by bost to Dubrovnik to be overrsted, since it was mostly tourists watching tourists... instead, just chilling in Cavtat became our favorite past time. The apartment is situated high above the beach, whereby we quickly started using Uber as a way to get home after dinner. Worked like a charm. It is just a short walk, but the elevation coupled with the heat made us a tad lazy... We can warmly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home, and the city of Cavtat is a new Croatian favorite, much thanks to the excellent hospitality of the hosts!

Beautiful Cavtat with beautiful people

Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment is perfect and beautifully appointed, catering for all our needs. The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular and with only a short five minute walk to the beach it is in a great elavated position. Cavtat itself is a gem and we enjoyed the leisurely fifteen minutes stroll around to the Old Town with it’s delightful harbour and abundance of reasonably priced restaurants and bars. Day trips to Dubrovnik Old City and Lokrum Island took about forty-five minutes by water taxi at a cost of 100kuna (£12) return. It is a memorable journey with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and islands. The medieval Old City itself is beautifully preserved and we immersed ourselves in it’s history which concluded with a walk of the city walls. This is not for the faint-hearted but is a truly breathtaking experience and not to be missed. The owners Antonia and Mario and their family are kind, generous people. From the moment we arrived Antonia was on hand to make sure we had the best holiday. As we arrived in the morning she was able to store our luggage and then pick us up from the Old Town when the appartment was ready. She provided information for our holiday, organised discounted tickets for the water taxi and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We hired a boat off Mario for the day (again with a generous discount) which was a wonderful experience and he was there to help us out when we got into a little trouble. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and highly recommend a visit to this beautiful part of Croatia with it’s beautiful people!

Beautiful flat, close to the beach, just a short walk to town and a mear boat trip from Dubrovnik

We had a very nice stay in this flat, airport transfer, boat tickets and lots of helpful tips were arranged by Antonia, who is a great, and helpful hoast. The flat was clean and fresh, and just a short walk from the beach. Restaurants and small shops are just a short walk away in Cavtat. The closest restaurants by the beach were not the best experience, but lots of great restaurants along the walk to Cavtat and in Cavtat town centre.

Possibly best apartment we have ever rented

on first floor for a start so no hassle with luggage balcony looks strait across bay to Dubrovnik and is equipped with wind down screens for sun and wind protection well decorated and impeccably presented with everything we needed supplied spotlessly clean short walk to sea and restaurants Antonia could not have been more helpful and her blackboard was a mine of information will not hesitate to return

Formidable séjour !

Formidable appartement : lumineux, moderne, confortable, propre et tout à fait conforme aux descriptifs. Très bien équipé. Belle vue sur la baie de Cavtat depuis la terrasse. Antonia est accueillante ; elle est naturellement l'hôte idéale. Conseils pour nos visites et pour les facilités concernant notre séjour. Aide pour la location d'un petit bateau afin de voir les îles, les criques à proximité. Cavtat est à découvrir : vieille ville, chemin de promenade en bord de mer sous les pins, les restaurants. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour (trop court...) et nous recommandons la location. A refaire !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartment Milicic.

We were met on our arrival at Dubrovnik Airport by a driver arranged by Antonia before our departure. After the short drive to the apartment, we were warmly welcomed by Antonia. The apartment was really well appointed with everything and more that we needed for our week long stay. If we needed any help Antonia was always on hand (via What's App) with advice. We hired a boat locally and Mario told us the best places to visit and was very knowledgable with the history of the area which we were extremely interested in learning. Although we are a very able family, our only advice would be that this apartment is not for those who have any issues with walking as it is located up two very steep inclines and is not for the faint hearted. We would highly recrommend the apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in this beautiful country

Beautyful Cavtat and clean / large apartment

Antonia and Mario have a beautiful apartment, like home with fantastic view of cavtat Bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants in old town was great. Our 3 teenagers loved the area and the beaches offered lots to do. The owners was so helpful and gave us great advice. They helped us renting a boat twice at a good price and that was the way to see the area around Cavtat. Cavtat itself is beautiful with the beaches and old town has a lovely harbor with lots of restaurants and small shops. We would highly recommend this apartment and area.

Excellent accommodation and location. Loved it!

Antonia's property is absolutely perfect for a break in Croatia. It's location is amazing, a short walk to the boat to Dubrovnik/Lokrum, excellent views and an easy walk to the beach and Cavtat old town for dinner. We would definitely go back and stay again. The apartment itself is in immaculate condition. Antonia was so helpful and lovely she made it so easy. The blackboard with all essential information is the icing on the cake. Beds are super comfy, incredibly clean, perfect living and cooking space. And the balcony is great to sit out on and watch the sunset. I doubt there's a better view!! Will definitely book again and recommend to friends. Can't wait to go back :)

Все просто отлично, очень чисто, современная мебель и техника, отличное расположение, в квартире есть все необходимое, Антония даже привезла для нас детский стул и кроватку, а старшему сыну велосипед, мы прекрасно провели время и будем советовать всем друзьям выбрать именно эти аппартаменты!!! Cosy, modern, clean ap with majestic sunset view

Our stay in this apartment was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is really beautiful and modern apartment, with 2 balconies. The balcony in the living room was perfect spot to have a morning coffee or the dinner, with amazing sea view and majestic sunset view. Sunsets there are really unforgettable. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and it has everything you need (towels, tv, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, stove top, oven....). Everything was really clean. Antonia, the host, was really nice and helpful. She gave us advice where to go and what to do which really made our holidays perfect. She even gave us a bottle of their homemade wine, which was great. Another cool thing in the apartment is the blackboard where all useful information is written (directions to the shops, beaches, numbers for wine or pizza delivery). Apartment is only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and beach bars, and 15-20 minutes slow walk (on the sea boulevard) from the city center. Boats to Dubrovnik and Lokrum island depart every half an hour, and boat and bus stops are only few minutes away from the apartment. :)

Very nice apartment with amazing view

The apartment is new and very clean. Two airconditions makes the temperature perfect in all rooms.The apartment is just as described in text and pictures. Good wi-fi. Amazing view and sunset from the balcony. Short walk to the beach and marked. Restaurants and city only 15 minutes walk away. Cavtat is a perfect place for vacation. Will absolute come back here. Antonia and Mario was a faboulus hosts. Quick response and always very helpful. All in all we had a perfect stay here.

Don't miss staying here! You won't regret it!!

This place was fantastic. From the moment we booked the host - Antonia's communication and assistance was outstanding. Everything was considered. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was conveniently located. There is lots to do in the area, but if you just want to relax by the pristine water or explore the local village, everything you need for a fantastic holiday is here. Very reasonably priced as well. We have already highly recommended this place to others.

A little piece of heaven!

What a lovely place to stay! Glorious views from the deck. And this 3 bedroom home is newly redone, with tasteful and loving attention to detail. The kitchen is well stocked and very convenient. It also has beautiful views, so working in it is a pleasure. All the bedrooms are inviting with comfy beds. You have the additional bonus of parking. All this, and you are also just a short walk from the beach, shops, Restaurants, and the thriving, bustling harbor. You will not find any better hosts than Antonia and Mario. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this little taste of heaven! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic ares

Beautiful and brand new large spotless apartment. Every convenience in the apartment, like home. Fantastic view of cavtat Bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. 3 teenagers with us and they loved the area. Beaches fabulous and lots to do. Very peaceful area. Owners so helpful and cheerful, gave us lots of advice and we never felt we were asking too much. We would highly recommend this apartment and area and would return happily.   Cavtat itself is so beautiful and plenty to do and both family and higher end restaurants

Nice place, nice city, nice people

Following text is in Hungarian. Cavtat - kedves kisváros Horvátország legdélibb részén. Az apartman nagyon jó fekvésű, tiszta, minden szükséges berendezéssel felszerelve (légkondi, mikró, hűtő, Internet, TV). A házigazda - Antonia - a közelben lakik nagyon kedves, segítőkész, éjjel-nappal interneten/mobilon elérhető. Angolul, olaszul beszél. Ha kell, még palacsintát is hoz:) Kirándulni lehet Dubrovnikba és környékére, a közeli hegyekbe, Konavle járás kisvárosaiba, pl. Gruda, és nincs messze Montenegro sem. Nagyon ajánlom nagyobb családnak, baráti társaságnak!

Excellent stay

We had a car so we explored the area just like Antonia recommended us and visited so many great restaurants in Konavle region,apartment itself is fully equipped with all we needed, wifi, sat tv,dishwasher,washing machine, beautiful views in the morning on bay and Dubrovnik Old town and sunsets at the night,it is spacious with 3 bedrooms, clean, really nice, we would definitely recommend it and hope to come again soon.

A great stay in Cavtat

We enjoyed so much staying in this apartment, as we didn't have a car we found this location to be in a perfect spot for our needs, bust station was 2 min away and we were easily connected with Old Town Dubrovnik, also from the apartment there is a beutiful path by the sea to the Old Town Cavtat and beaches are close to the apartment, a 5' walk (on 2 parts there is a bit of steep road). Owners hepled us with all we needed and were very kind ,we felt so secure with them. The apartment has a little basement where we left our luggage as we had late evening flight and it helped a lot. Owner has little boats to rent so we rented one and enjoyed hidden beaches of Cavtat. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Cavtat and in this apartment. We highly recommend it.
