It is located only 300 m from the shore of Lake Constance, in a quiet residential area near the ferry to Meersburg, the Bodenseetherme Konstanz, the Horn outdoor pool, and the flower island Mainau.



The apartment is a comfortable, simply furnished but spacious 2-room apartment (62 m²) on the first floor and offers:
