”The rooms here were quite well maintained. Nice central location to downtown, and hiking trails. The surrounding views were beautiful. Great place to stay great price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was okay but it would have been nice to have some hot food like scrambled eggs added to the breakfast layout, but that isn't a big deal.”

”I stayed here for a quick overnight after a flight. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was clean and new and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely.”

”The resort itself is a perfect location A challenge to find your check in & your room. Our room was sooooo dusty - i wrote “ clean me” & “dirty” i have pictures. Long black hair in the tub. Just a few things. Told the front desk & showed pictures - they could care a less. Really not much reaction 😢 For what you pay - it should be clean!!!!!”

”The pool area was so well stocked with comfortable chairs, sofas and cushions. The pools were very clean and nice. The staff was so very friendly and the breakfast was a full brunch, which also was excellent. A very nice place to stay in Fernie.”

The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...

”Was very nice and great location. Easy to find, close proximity, short driving distance everything. Clean. Newly renovated. Nice linens. Well cared for property. They could have a mirror in room other than just bathroom and i prefer real coffee cups in room but i know that is a hygiene thing. One day we missed fresh towels but just went to office and asked. Overall great, comfortable and very clean. We had a nice little balcony too.”

”The concept of this hotel is so cute! They are very accepting of dogs, the renovated hotel part was cute and the mini homes are so adorable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! We stayed in a renovated dog friendly suite which was super cute but definitely had some corners that were cut on the renovation. Some downsides were No plug in the bathrooms and the bed was awful, likely one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve had in awhile. Also the hot tub was only open at 1pm so we were...

”The room was clean, beds and pillows were super comfy. Staff were all super friendly. The breakfast was simple, but delicious and still satisfying. The pool was fun, but was on the chilly side. Our only complaint was that as we were in a room with a loft, the A/C couldn't reach up to the other bed and it was quite warm up there. But by no means would this stop up from staying there again. A separate shout out to the restaurant that's on site. It is SO good. Highly recommend eating there.”

”The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that travelling with two pets, there was literally no nearby area for them to do their business. Had to walk across the street. Otherwise hotel was great, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was great with made to order omelettes and hot choices. Would definitely stay here again, just probably not with pets.”

”Hotel is under alot of construction at current time. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!”
