”Staff are awesome, beds are real comfy and HUGE., the room had a very wierd musty smell, we opened the patio door and turned on the central fan to help it go away, but if you left for a bit and went back, the smell was there. I did ask for air fresher and when asked the room number 2132, she replied oh the musty smell. It didnt really effect our stay well maybe a little”

”Lovely setting by the ski hill/ bike park depending on the season (check dates as to what is open). The one bedroom suite was quite spacious and loved it had a balcony. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Was surprised at the bike storage being basic racks in the underground parking area, not the most secure. You’re not allowed to bring bikes or ski equipment into your room. Would expect a better system ( eg individual lockable storage units… had that at a hotel in Whistler BC) given Fernie is such...

”Great location. Right on the ski hill. This time of year we could sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife on the hill. The suite/condo was nice enough and the kitchen was well equipped. One suggestion would be to get rid of the heavy drapes in the living area as they were so large that they covered up 50% of the windows when open which made it quite dreary in the suite. Comfortable bed but there was a queen size duvet on a king bed, so it barely covered the top of the bed (absolutely no...
