”We fish this area a couple times a year and this place is perfect for a couple of guys who fish 12 hours days for 3 days and need a clean place to sleep. Staff has alway been great, and rooms always clean, don’t leave any thing your car of value, because it won’t be there in the morning. ”

”Amazing experience right outside of the Redwood Forrest park. You literally get to sleep surrounded by Redwoods! The town of Trinidad was beautiful less than a mile away and full of little restaurants and shops. The sunset on the coast was a must see and something we will never forget ”

”First impressions when pulled up was this Motel is not safe. Homeless all around. This motel was very old and decapitated. It looked like homeless was housed in this motel. I saw a questionable man walking down the hall with his dogs and his room door left open. Looked like he had been staying there for a long time. No physical human at front desk, only a computer screen, I asked to see the room they were trying to give me and he didn't seem to want to. I eventually got to inspect the room...

Only issue was the amenities. Hot tubs were off and very cold. They did turn them on and we were able to get in an hour later. Washer was broken and dryer was off in our building. ”The Pinc Lady has been the highlight of our trip so far! The house itself is fantastic, wonderfully clean, and cozy. On their recommendation, we ate dinner at the Humboldt Bay Bistro, which was delightful and very tasty. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, just be sure to read the fine print! I was surprised to realize the bathrooms were shared; not a problem, as all three were clean and wonderfully appointed after all.”
