”Amazing accomodation and super helpful staff.”

”One of the most pleasant stays in my experience, a very small hotel that feels more like a home, warm, cozy, welcoming, respectful and helpful... I am so happy”

”Convenient”

”No elevator”

”Richard was amazing and friendly, and even helped carry my bag up the stairs. I hadn’t read the notices and arrived without letting him know, but as soon as I called, he quickly made his way over to let me in. Other than the number of stairs, which was a minor issue, the place as a whole has a vintage aesthetic reminiscent of hostels gone by. Adorned with faces and Post-it notes from previous occupants, it has a certain warmth about it that makes it perfect for a solo traveller. The private...

”The hotel made areangements to let us check in advance. We were very happy!”

”Siisti huone, mutta kokolattiamatto aiheutti ongelmia. Ongelmat ratkaistiin ilmankostuttimella. Tykkäsin hotellista.”

”Entra is a modern hotel with good restaurant services. We had some difficulties with staff not always understanding English. Rooms were affordable, other services somewhat expensive. We could have selected a better area for a family holiday, since Gangnam seems to be all about brand stores and not much more. We actually struggled to find restaurants with large variety, especially lunch was limited to "set meal" meaning that only 2-4 options were available. Really wide streets (4-7 lanes...

”Good bang for your buck. Rooms aren’t dirty but you will smell like cigarettes after sleeping there a couple nights.”

”Horrible experience! There is no actual staff at this place, just a tablet in the lobby. I made a small mistake with my reservation, but there was nobody available to help me fix it. I contacted the property, and they told me to request a refund through Expedia. I followed their instructions, but they refused to approve the refund anyway. Why tell me to contact Expedia if you have no intention of helping? I understand the reservation was non-refundable, but the complete lack of customer service...

”It was ok , good location, staff was good, rooms are plain, no breakfast”
