”Sijainti loistava ennen aamulentoa, lyhyt matka lentokentälle. Huone siisti ja siivottiin joka päivä. Suihku vain lorisi sekä hanasta että suihkupäästä samaan aikaan ja vesi roiskui vessan puolelle. Aamupalaa oltiin kehuttu kovin, omasta mielestä siinä ei ollut mitään erityistä. Melko suppea myös. Ravintolan ruuat oli joka kerta hyvät! Ja palvelu oli hyvää. ”

”The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable. The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was: NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm). NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house. NO free room upgrade. This was followed by 3 fake information: There is no earlier email from reservation department of Domes Hotel that...

”We loved this property. It’s a serene and tranquil base with a very helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our little one loved the kids club that was full of creative activities and the staff there kept the kids engaged. Plenty to do for adults, gym, aqua gym, yoga , tennis, paddle. And not to forget the delectable food! The Italian food was just scrumptious! We are already looking forward to coming back soon! Mrs Bedi”

”När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp. Vårt rum hade Swim-up-pool längst till vänster i korridoren. Det gjorde att vår del av poolen var där poolpersonalen gjorde sitt underhåll, alltså: oväntat besök på vår...

”We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a pool. Amazing location, good restaurants. Had lots of fun in our proprietary chat with Nina, Peggy and Chris. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend! Will come back again with the family. Was also very impressed with the kids club, sandbox and kids sun loungers. This hotel works for friend and family vacations! ”
