Staff was great. Room lived up to expectations. Staff was always going out of their way to help everyone and ask if they were enjoying their stay. They communicated very effectively.
The cleaning staff (I think) is a family. I oy talked to them once but were very friendly too.
The free postcard to mail back home is one of my favourite ideas.
The location is in the "busiest" part of Palau. Two of the three major supermarkets in all of Palau are within 100 metres of the hotel, and most of the top restaurants are within a 15 minute walk.
The aquarium and two of the three museums in the country are all within a 20 minute walk of the hotel too.
The most popular bar/restaurant for tourists iw just a 15 minute walk away and always have an event every night.
The main street also doesn't have any stray dogs so it's the best hotel if you're just traveling on foot like me.
The free breakfast is better than most budget hotels (the food buffet is usually 4 or 5 items and switches every day). Free water and juice on hand 24/7 as well.
Wifi is really bad, though.
