This charming vacation home is situated in a quiet, natural setting in Korswandt on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Just 4 km from the fine-sand beach, close to the lake (700 m), and right on the edge of the forest, it’s the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Walking, biking, and golf (700 m) are all possible, as is a refreshing dip in the sea. Shopping and a train station are within a 3-km radius—making travel convenient and flexible.

Comfort spread over two floors—ideal for families
With 75 m² of living space, the vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. Three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and other extras make your stay especially pleasant. A large dining area with a dining table is perfect for sharing meals, while the sofa corner in the living room with a TV ensures relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi, books, games, a first-aid kit, and a smoke detector are also provided.

A special highlight is the well-maintained garden with a terrace, barbecue area, patio furniture, umbrella, and beach chair—ideal for balmy summer evenings. On cooler days, the infrared cabin provides soothing warmth. Two private parking spaces are available right next to the house. The vacation home is a smoke-free property; unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Thanks to underfloor heating, fly screens, and modern amenities, the house is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, an active family vacation, or a relaxing retreat any time of year.
