Kapitänshaus welcomes you to Kosel, located in the Naturpark Schlei region. This 105 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The layout was designed on the footprint of a 6-person house, offering generous space for just 4 guests. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining and living area furnished with soft leather seating. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, floor heating powered by an energy-efficient geothermal heat pump, and a fireplace. A baby bed and a high chair are available for families with young children. The property offers step-free access and a step-free interior.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, surrounded by wild hedges and equipped with wicker chairs and cushioned loungers for sunbathing in sheltered spots. The private uncovered terrace provides a sea view over the Schlei. You also have access to a private grill, a private whirlpool, and a private sauna. A storage shed is available for bicycles, paddles, or golf bags.



Shared on-site parking is provided for 1 vehicle. 1 pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not allowed on the property.



Kapitänshaus is part of Marina Hülsen, a holiday village with 17 stylish houses located directly on the Schlei. The surrounding area offers cycling and hiking tours, fishing, horseback riding, golf, boat excursions, and cultural trips to Schleswig, Flensburg, and Kappeln. Please note that a basic weekly consumption of electricity and water is included, and any usage beyond that allowance will be charged additionally based on meter readings taken at arrival and departure.
