Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

Our 3-room holiday apartment (63m²) was built in 2010 and first rented out in 2011. The non-smoking apartment is equipped for 4 people (pets on request).

The apartment has a living room with an open-plan kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room, and a large balcony with a beach chair.

Each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe/chest of drawers.

The living room includes a dining table and a comfortable seating area.

The technical equipment, including an LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo system, is state-of-the-art.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave.

Parking for guests is available directly at the house. A storage room for bicycles is also available.
