On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining area furnished with 1 sofabed, alongside 1 room featuring 1 double bed. A kitchenette on this level is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the ground floor layout. From this level, you also have direct access to a terrace.

The upper floor features a living and dining room with characterful sloping ceilings, as well as 1 room also with sloping ceilings containing 2 beds. This floor includes a second kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a second shower and WC.
