”The location was perfect, right within the walk to the Zenkoji Temple. Quiet at night, we had a beautiful view from our large traditional room with tatami mats and futons. The breakfast was out of this world, Japanese style with 7-8 small dishes, all of them delicious, and served in a lovely traditional breakfast room. Service was outstanding at desk and at breakfasts. Highly recommend this ryokan!”

This gorgeous 12 room modern hotel is an oasis of calm! Shuttle pick ip from Nagisu station or the end of the Nagasendo trail parking lot makes this hotel easily accessible for those who really want to get off of the beach track! ”Stayed for one night in Matsumoto while doing a round trip on a JR East pass. The hotel isn't too far from the station, they even offer a free shuttle. The hotel is somewhat aged but very well kept, with great level of service.”

”We had a lovely stay at the property. Kimmi was extremely attentive. Dietary requirements were catered for with the host going above and beyond.
The property is very quiet, there is only one property for overnight stays. Therefore you will be the only guests at the property.”
