”部屋は清潔で、終始とても親切な対応でした。大規模なホテルにはない「温もり」を感じる宿でした。 例えば、周辺レストランへの送迎もお願い出来ました。その移動途中、観光施設などにも立ち寄っていただき、満喫することが出来ました。 また、LINE（ライン）を利用して、滞在中に観光情報や撮影してもらった写真を送信してもらいました。 また機会があれば、是非、泊まりたいと感じました。”

”We loved everything about our stay in Sierra. The location is in the middle of stunning forest, very close to ski slopes, lovely food options are available through the day. Nothing can be better than enjoying private onsen after a day of skiing. Lovelies stuff. We will definitely be back! ”

”Enjoyed overall stay. The room is great. Hot springs are awesome. Vegan options for the food could be better. Make sure to check that kids are included when receiving confirmation. We didn’t and have to pay 1/4 more and it was already expensive. I checked the price online for four of us and it was exactly as we paid while booking but the confirmation letter didn’t include kids so we have to pay anyways. Otherwise happy with stay.”

”He gave us drive to the snow monkey park which saved so much time and energy! Appreciate a lot! There is one private onsen which was the right size for two people. And could stay there as much as we wanted without reservation. There are two more public onsen too but we did not use this time. Staffs were all so kind and nice, will definitely want to stay here if I want ryokan again in nagano!”
