”This is a huge hotel, and e.g. breakfast was quite busy. Despite that everything worked really well! Interior and decorations were nice. One thing we did not understand is why every floor is an "executive floor".”

”Nice hotel in a great location, but our room was uncomfortably cold and heating wasn't available in summer due to seasonal settings, despite the website saying rooms have both heating and cooling. Hotel was really quiet, didn't hear anything from the street or other rooms. Staff were mostly helpful, but we also met quite rude and arrogant customer service, which left a very bad impression. Overall ok experience.”

”Olisin odottanut, että kun metro, 3 ratikkapysäkkiä on vieressä, että hotellivirkailija olisi osannut neuvoa julkisten kulkuneuvojen käytössä mutta siellä ei edes tiedetty, mitkä ratikat kulkee molemmin puolin ja vielä ihan hotellin edestä. Ei kaikki kulje tai halua kulkea taksilla, limusiinilla vaan kokea omatoimista matkailua. Muuten oli hotelli huippu hintaan nähden. Aaminainen oli myös hyvä.”

”Great location near the main railway station, walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel was clean with good air conditioning, a mini fridge and tea kettle. There were lots of tv channels offered as well. My only complaint is that water would flow under the door after showering into the rest of the bathroom, but it was a minor inconvenience. ”

”Location was convenient, metro and tram stops really close. Coffeeshops, grocery stores and nice restaurants nearby. Hotel itself was nice and clean. We stayed at familyroom which was perfect. 2 bathrooms and enough space for 4 people.”
