Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli rauhallisella alueella. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta sekä asiakaspalvelu erinomaista. Yhteydenpito henkilökuntaan oli mutkatonta, apua sai aina tarpeen tullessa ja toiveisiin/tarpeisiin vastattiin viipymättä. Hotelli sijaitsi hieman syrjäisemmällä seudulla, joten liikkuminen palveluiden ääreen vaati auton. Syrjäisempi sijainti kuitenkin mahdollisti rauhallisen majoittumisen pois keskustan hälinästä. Hotellille johtava tie oli melko kapea ja tästä syystä osan ajasta hyvinkin ruuhkaisa ja "läheltä piti"-tilanteita sattui usein kohdalle.

Excellent staff !! Heads up to Niko and the other lovely lady! I felt like meeting my close friends! Next time we will stay longer! Everything that we needed, we got it! Everything was so easy and comfortable. Niko and the other awesome lady are the definition of going the extra mile and somehow even further! Otel merkeze arabayla 10 dakika. Her şey yepyeni ve tertemizdi. Mutfakta ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Otelin aynı zamanda harika bir manzarası var. Küçük bir tatil köyü gibi. Tüm gün gezmiş ve yorulmuştuk gerçekten konforlu bir gece geçirdik. Resepsiyonda görevli Demir Bey de çok ilgiliydi ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Yalnızca birkaç ufak talepte bulunulabilir. Otellerdeki tek kullanımlık terliklerden ve bir de odaya tek kullanımlık çay kahve vb konsa daha da keyifli hale getirilebilir ☺️

While we stayed only one night, would have liked to stay a week or more. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great view! The staff was AAA plus. The only improvement would be better signs to find the actual property.

Excellent spot to relax
I had an excellent stay here, so much so that I kept extending my stay! I found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the staff went above & beyond every time I asked for help. The room was wonderfully furnished with a washer / dryer to do laundry. The view was incredible! I really loved the balcony area. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay It takes about 10 minutes to get to Kotor, so it’s far enough away for some peace & quiet, but close enough to see the sights. Overall I really loved this property and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Vue superbe et belle piscine. La chambre est agréable malgré quelques éléments : rien pour ne pas laisser passer la lumière du jour (volets, stores occultants), il manquait une poêle, lunette de WC mal fixée, porte de placard qui se referme mal, plainte mal installées. En revanche, le personnel est agréable, à l'écoute et professionnel. Il a été proactif pour nous demander un retour sur notre séjour et a bien pris soin de noter tout ce qui n'allait pas.

Located on west facing hilly area to the south of Tivat this modern development is ideal for those wanting a quiet location , close to Tivat with a very short journey time to and from the airport.The development is fairly new and expanding.It is good value for the price and for those wishing to explore there were no problems with finding parking spaces adjacent to the room,and in addition there is space always free near reception.Driving in Tivat and Kotor is slow and congested and parking is a nightmare.The country roads around Kavac are narrow and steep and twisty with fast moving local vehicles, not at all suitable for walkers.We decided to use taxis which cost in September 2023, 15 euros to Tivat and 26 to Kotor each way.This made the holiday a lot less stressful.

We have just got home from an excellent 5 day stay at Casa, I can’t thank niko and the rest of the team enough for a fantastic stay, they were so helpful with anything we needed during our stay especially arranging taxis for us. Traveled with my dad through the balkans and stayed at this hotel because it was near the airport. Had a great stay here. Overall the hotel was clean and affordable. As soon as we checked in with Valentina she made us feel super welcome and gave us tips on where to eat. She was so helpful and made our stay extra special!

Views aren’t as spectacular as the images. Cleaning not good: hair and dust everywhere. No information was given to us that we needed to book cleaning to have it throughout the stay. Hotel feels new but most amenities are already broken: bathroom mirror, balcony handle, curtains etc

Really great stay!
Really nice and brand new Apartments. Service excellent. Location great, between Tivat and Kotor Bay. Taxis relatively easy to use or you can hire a car.

Résidence hôtelière bientôt de référence…
Après avoir passé 2 semaines dans cet établissement, nous pouvons donc avoir une idée assez précise de la qualité de la prestation. Cette Residence hôtelière est plutôt bien placée. Elle permet de visiter la région sans faire 3 heures de route… Près de Tivat et son aéroport, bien pratique (mais sans les nuisances), la résidence est à quelques kilomètres de Kotor (compter entre 20 et 30mn avec les embouteillages estivaux). Celle-ci est calme est bien aménagé (grande piscine (15x5m)) logement climatisé et bien équipé (TV, réfrigérateur/congélateur, L.V + lave linge, micro onde, etc…) mais tout les logements ne sont pas équipés pareil, ce qui n’est pas normal). La finition est inégale elle aussi…(c’est beau..en apparence) il manque aussi des ustensiles de cuisine. Les travaux d’extensions de la résidence ne sont pas dérangeant non plus et l’accès pas toujours aisé en voiture (indispensable) sont les seuls points à améliorer. Pour le reste la qualité et le dévouement d’un personnel chaleureux, efficace et souriant, vous permette de passer un très agréable séjour. Vous pouvez leur demander n’importe quel service, il se débrouille pour satisfaire votre demande. Nous pensons particulièrement à Niko qui se décarcasse pour trouver la bonne solution. Merci à lui et à tous ces collègues qui tout fait, pour que l’on garde un bon souvenir de notre séjour chez eux. Ouvert cette année et avec l’expérience acquise au fil des mois, cet établissement fera bientôt référence

Hyvää: Siisteys ja huoneen mukavuus
Initially we booked 2 nights but extended 1 more night. Place located on top of the hill very quiet. Staffs were amazing especially Niko. We were up graded 1+1room which separates the bedrooms to living and kitchen. If you like quiet holiday I would highly recommend. Also was near to old town Kotor.

Excellent view and very comfortable room
Warning: there is no elevator and the access to some of the rooms involve a lot of stairs. Staff carried my luggage to the room and helped me with the biggest suitcase at the time of the check out. Therefore, the lack of elevator didn’t affect my stay. Lack of elevator aside, most of the rooms have an amazing view. The reception staff was very acomodating, very respectful, and very helpful. My room was very comfortable.

Our stay was very nice, the team (Hale, Nico, Ibrahim and co. was very nice to us and always asked about our well-being. the apartments are very modern and comfortable. the outdoor area is very clean and the pool is a highlight. we would book there again because we were very satisfied. Montenegro is definitely worth a trip, but I would recommend renting a car to be more mobile. Thanks for everything guys!!! :) Greetings Mandy

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, das Hotelzimmer war schön modern eingerichtet und besaß alles erforderliche für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern und vom Pool ist wunderschön. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelmanagement war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden, lediglich die zum Hotel führende Straße ist ein wenig beschwerlich zu befahren aufgrund einer Baustelle. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!!

Visiting Montenegro it is understood that the area is beautifully rustic and elegant. This property is no exception. The Amenities were superior, but the staff was like family. We sincerely appreciated their service and I would happily bring my family again.

Öncelikle çalışanlar ilgiliydi, temizlik ve manzarası güzeldi, yeni yapılan bir yer olduğundan odaların içi konforluydu. Aslında kafa dinlemek için uygun bir yer fakat çevresinde yeni yapılar yapıldığından inşaat sesleri vardı. Montenegro yolları genel anlamda çok dar ve sıkıntılı, otel yolu da malesef güvenli değil. Bu nedenle hava kararmadan otele gelmek durumunda kaldık yolların sıkıntılı olmadığı bir yer de kalsaydık geceleri de gezme imkanımız olurdu.
