Four bedroom Beachfront Villa

The stone villa by the sea is located in Dobrota in one of the best locations in the Bay of Kotor. It is ideal for hedonists who want to stay in a Mediterranean ambience and spend their vacation with the sounds of the waves, sea views and unforgettable sunsets. On our private deck with deck chairs and umbrellas, you will relax all your senses and create the most beautiful memories. The villa is only five kilometers from Kotor, and seven kilometers from Perast, which are under UNESCO protection and provide tourists with unforgettable experiences and attractions. The villa has a yard with terrace and barbecue. For guests who have their own boats or rent them, we additionally offer a berth for yachts and boats. Private, open free parking is located in front of the villa.

The villa contains one apartment with two rooms on the ground floor and one with two rooms on the first floor. Capacity is for eight people, and a baby cot can be added on request. Of the four bedrooms, three are with double beds and one with two single beds. The two living rooms are air conditioned, feature sofas and are connected to the dining room and kitchen. Two kitchens are fully equipped with stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dishes, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Two bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Guests have access to wireless internet and two plasma TVs with cable channels.
