A superbly finished three-bedroom Superior Villa. On entering the Villa, one goes directly into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The Italian hardwood kitchen has a contemporary yet classical feel and is fully equipped with granite worktops, a double door refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and hob, as well as a ‘hidden’ dishwasher.



The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large beautiful green fabric sofa, a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player for your enjoyment. French doors open to pool and patio area.



The dining area features a wooden dining table with six black leather chairs and several patio doors opening onto the outside space.



The large pergola covered patio features a roundtable with wooden chairs for those who prefer to dine outside. Sun loungers and umbrellas complete the picture.



On this level you will find the master bedroom which features a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with two vanity sinks, a separate large shower cubicle, spa bath with shower and toilet. The décor is neutral in colour.



The second bedroom is just a few steps above the ground floor and boasts an en-suite marble bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and toilet. There is a large double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and cupboards.



The third bedroom is just a few steps below the ground floor. It features two single beds, bedside table and wardrobes. This bedroom also features an en-suite marble bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and toilet.



The garden is over 1000 square metres in size and features trees, fragrant shrubs, plants, and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers.



The picture is completed by the 10m x 5m overflow swimming pool with Roman steps, which is surrounded by a terrace offering ample room for sunbathing and a large lawned area ideal for children. Let’s not forget the barbeque facilities located on the left-hand side of the patio area, where the family can enjoy a juicy burger under the wonderful Cypriot sunshine.
