”Hotel smelled super funky - expensive for what it was. There was a huge hole in my bathroom door that was patched with something but looked like a child DIY project. The breakfast looked pretty awful so we skipped.”

”The room itself was nice but I can tell that the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a plastic fork under the sink and dark streaks on the floor. It hadn’t been swept. The bed sheets were clean, however. The ac wasn’t working the greatest. Instead of it being cool it would get hit then cool off. We only stayed one night so we endured. Sadly, I expected more for a newer hotel. On a lighter note, the breakfast was good.”

”Staff was very good. Property was under construction so had some messy areas. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time swimming. In room sofa bed was not comfortable but housekeeping brought more bedding to make it doable. Elevator were on and off due to mechanical repairs but front desk directed us to service elevator which served our needs. Service in all departments made up for other shortcomings. We would stay there again.”

”Despite a slightly gloomy appearance, the room was good with a very comfortable bed. I would ask what is the point of having a telephone in the room ? A sign at reception list facilities including "free local calls". Having had a long day thought I phone for a food delivery- the phone was dead. When asking about this at reception was told no calls available. I pointed out the free local calls sign and the lady again said they don't do that. She then said she'd phone her manager - who didn't...

”Clean room, Staff need to improve in terms of attention to the customer. Breakfast is typical: scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. Comparing the stay cost and what it receives, I would say it is okay”
