With a great location, reasonable price, and amenities (gym and the best sea view in Ao Nang from the rooftop - nothing beats that), staying here is definitely better than staying in a hotel. This apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 50" and 43" smart 2 TVs (for watching Netflix, YouTube and premium cable channels), a fully equipped kitchen. Living room and bedroom with Sea view. In addition, both the complex and the apartment have free Wi-Fi.

1. Location, location, location: This newly built condominium is located just 300 meters from the most admired Ao Nang Beach. It has clean water for swimming and a famous sunset spot. It is located in the prime area of Ao Nang shopping mall. There are many restaurants in the area including famous coffee shops such as 8.89, Starbucks, Subway Restaurant, 7-11, banks and other shops. All are conveniently located near our main entrance, allowing you to shop and come back to the apartment to relax. Take a dip in the heated pool or watch the sunset from the rooftop. Sit on the balcony with a tropical forest view or work out at our professional gym with beautiful sea views. Nothing can compare to the quality of our accommodation.
2. The entire area of this 35 sq.m. 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Serviced apartment has all the necessary amenities and appliances to make your stay comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plates, spoons, knives, wine bottle opener, pots, pans and other items. Please do not cook large meals because the smoking alarm will sound. You can drink coffee all day long with an espresso machine with coffee powder (free at the coffee area when you register). We also provide a hybrid dining table with eco-friendly chairs for long hours of online work, with a fiber optic LAN cable to ensure a strong internet connection for your work, day or night.
3. Located above ground connected to the tropical forest in the heart of the main city of Ao Nang, there is a slight slope (less than 35 percent). Walking up and down is a good exercise, but if you want, we have a free golf cart that is available from 08.00 to 21.00 every day. Please pay 20-40 baht to thank the driver so that the driver can serve you whenever you want. (Don't forget to check the driver's operating hours again at the reception floor)
4. Since water and electricity are included in the accommodation fee, you don't have to worry about additional costs during your stay.
5. Since tap water in Thailand is not suitable for human consumption, we provide free drinking water, which can be refilled from the water dispenser next to the elevator on every floor.
6. You must go up to the rooftop of Building A to take pictures of Ao Nang and selfies to keep as memories and invite your family to visit.
7. Professional fitness with top-notch equipment (We have invested over USD 50,000 or 1.5 million baht) so that you and your family can exercise both light and heavy for as long as you want. 2. For added convenience and to accommodate additional guests, we are pleased to offer a comfortable sofa bed upon request. This service is available at an additional charge of 500 Baht per night. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, the extra sleeping space ensures a more flexible and comfortable stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange this option.
