Why select to stay at our Serviced Apartment than hotel room:
It is much better to stay at our serviced apartment than the hotel because of its prime location, its price (compared to same size of property) and its facilities (best gym in Ao Nang and best sea view in Ao Nang, no other listings can beat us). This apartment provides 1 bedroom/1 bathroom ensuite plus 43 inches Smart 2 TV (to watch your Netflix/You tube/Premium Cable Channels), full kitchen (we provide everything you need in the kitchen). There is also free WIFI in the apartment and the whole compound.

1. Location, Location and Location: It is a newly built condominium located in the very very very prime prime prime area of the Ao Nang shopping center and it is just 300 meters away from the most popular Ao Nang beach with clean water to swim at the beach and the popular sunset point. In our area, there are Mc Donald, Starbucks, Subway Restaurant, 7-11, all kind of restaurants (especially cafe 8.89, the most popular restaurant in this location), banks and other shops located at our main entrance, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to take rest.
2. This 1 bedroom/1bathrom serviced apartment has a total area of 44 sqm and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with full kitchen (microwave, refri, electric stove, dish washing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your light meals (do not cook heavy meal please, the smoking alarm will be alert). Espresso coffee machine with coffee powder for you to enjoy coffee whole day (available free at coffee corner at reception and at some apartments). We do also provide hybrid dinning table with eco-chairs for your long-hour online working with fiber optic lan wire to ensure you have very strong internet to work whole day and night.
3. It is located on top of the plot of land connected to tropical forest at main Ao Nang city with a slight slopping up (less than 35% slope), good exercise for you to walk up and down, however, we do provide free golf cart service to bring you up or down from our reception, if you wish to use our service, the working hours is 9am to 9pm everyday. Please tip the driver of Thb20-40, so he/she can take care of you all time when you need him/her (check working hours at the reception floor once again).
4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate, so no more worry of other expenses during your stay.
5. We do provide free drinking water with refillable unlimited through our dispenser located near elevator of each floor (water tap is not drinkable in Thailand).
6. A Must visit Rooftop of the Building A for the Ao Nang Bay view with selfie for your memory and shows your family at home so they would love to come to stay at our place.
7. Professional Gym with top quality of equipment (we have invested more than Usd50,000, Thb1.5 million) for you and your family to enjoy light or heavy exercise as long as you want. 1. We do not provide daily cleaning, and you can buy this service from the office, which will cost you Thb600 per time (inclusive cleaning, change linens, and towels). However, we do provide free weekly cleaning, for longer stay or at least 10 days of booking.
2. We do not provide breakfast but it is easy to walk down to main entrance for breakfast at Cafe 8.89 or Starbucks/Coffee Club at Kokotel Ao Nang Hotel (this hotel belongs to us too, same owner).
