The space
The villa is a 120-square meter detached two-bedroom house with separate entrance and private pool, sleeping up to 4 guests + 1 free extra guest if use existing beds (no spare bed). It has air conditioning throughout and is fully equipped and walled for your convenience and privacy (we also have a second villa next door - Baan Ping Tara Private Pool Villa (#11361689) which can be an option for up to 10 guests to stay in both villas).

Super comfortable king-sized bed with 5-star linen in both bedrooms. Teak furniture, black-out curtains, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, side tables and lamps complete each bedroom. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other has a private entrance to the guest bathroom (which can be locked off to make it ensuite as well).

Entertain, cook and enjoy in the heart of the air conditioned, open concept villa; the well supplied western kitchen, fitted out with a gas range, granite counters, filtered drinking water, full-sized fridge, microwave oven, toaster, prep island and two bar stools. There is a washing machine and clothes rack beside the house.

Watch TV or Netflix on the 48” LCD screen from the plush full-sized sofa or take in the pool view from the dining room. An outdoor dining set, BBQ (upon request) and sun lounge are also provided.
Guest access
You will have complete, secure and private access to the entire villa, pool and terrace. Nothing is shared with other guests.
Other things to note:
Breakfast and dinner at the villa (extra charge).
Full cleaning is done twice a week.
Pool cleaning twice a week and use of washing machine are provided complimentary.

Please note that we are not a hotel, just private homeowners offering above average service for an affordable price! Please respect local Thai customs and do not wear outdoor shoes or sandals inside. No smoking or use of mosquito coil in the house or within 2m near the open windows and doors, or a fine 3,000 baht may be applied to launder the curtains. Sorry, we don't accept pets. Small private parties (less than 8 people) are fine but if neighbors complain; the party stops. It is greatly appreciated if you could leave the house relatively tidy when you check out. The villa offers a fixed amount of free electricity per day and there is nominal charge if using over this limit so please turn off A/C when you are out. This is simply done to avoid frivolous use of the air con; most guests stay well within the free allowance.
