Oikein siisti hotelli ja kaikki kohdallaan. Spassa hyvin tilaa vaikka hotelli täynnä. Hyvä aamupala, tosin kahvia ei tuotu pöytään

huoneesta oli aika siisti, aamiainen oli aika hyvä mutta sijainti oli vähän kaukana. Ensimmäinen yö emme nukkuneet hyvin kun meidän ikkuna oli auki ja liikenne oli kuuluu selvästi mutta seuraava kolme yötä saimme huoneen joka sijaitsi keskillä rakennuksella ja siellä on aika mukava.

Nice and clean rooms. Not too much to see from the window(dead shopping centre). Employees very really nice and took good care of us. Spa are is perfect.

Hyvä hotelli hivenen keskustan ulkopuolella.
Lähellä ostoskeskus, mutta hivenen vaatimaton. Raitiovaunulla pääsee keskustan läheisyyteen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja ravintolassa erinomainen ruoka. Hotellista löytyy monipuolinen kuntosali ja saunat. Uima-allas hivenen pieni. Autolle löytyy hyvät parkkitilat.

Quality hotel in Krakow
Good quality hotel with reasonable price. Location is not the best possible if the ambition is to spend lot of time in old town. However trams were easy to use and get.

Hotelli yllätti positiivisesti,
Kylpyläosasto ja kuntosali hieno ja vaikka Krakovan keskustaan matkaa, runsas 4 km, se sujui kätevästi raitiovaunulla. Hyvä palvelu ja ystävällinen.

Hyvä hotelli, mahtavalla Spa-osastolla, ja kuntosalilla. ''King room '' huone iso ja sänky oli todella hyvä. Hotellin yleisilme todella siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Ainut miinus on hotellin sijainti . noin 4 km vanhasta kaupungista. Taksilla noin 5- 10 minuuttia ja maksaa noin 20-30 zlotya,

Amazing
Very nice hotel with kind workers. But it was just strange to see empty bottles of shower gel and hair conditioner in the bathroom as if they were just there for decoration.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were nice, staff is friendly, food was great at restaurant- my only complaint is lack of parking. We had to park at the hotel next door and pay to park there. The pool and sauna area was very nice.

Great hotel for Tauron arena
we had a amazing trip to Krakow and attended the Handball championship in Tauron Arena. The location is a little off site if you will just be in the city center but it was great for our purpose.
