The Space:

The air-conditioned studio is furnished in a modern style with clear loft accents such as brick walls and wooden beams. The central point of the interior is a comfortable double bed placed opposite a TV with terrestrial channels and SMART TV. Right next to it is a sofa bed providing additional seating space, and a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage of clothes and luggage. The high interior and skylights add light and a unique character to the space.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a cooking hob, electric kettle, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare simple meals and morning coffee. Next to the kitchenette is a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals, conversations, or work. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.



The modern bathroom with a shower is decorated in a subdued, elegant color scheme. Guests have at their disposal a hairdryer, hotel towels, and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap.
