SUPERB visit!!
Deluxe room was awesome! Especially after a long day, the jacuzzi was pretty relaxing with a nice cold beer. Also when we arrived, one of the workers (Maciek) gave us a free bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift, and it was DELICIOUS!!! Also the hotel handled our booking to visit Auschwitz, and the driver picked us up from the hotel, very easy and convenient. Only 15 minutes walk from Old Town, we highly recommend this place!

Nice enough but a bit disappointing
The apartment was ok but it looked nothing like the apartment in the advert I was expecting something much nicer. It was clean enough, but the condition wasn’t great, there were wires hanging off the balcony which was full of bird poo, electric sockets were hanging out the wall, bits of skirting board were loose off , towels were supposed to be changed each day but no one came in to clean, and no one has bothered to reply to my complaint. The apartment itself was quite noisy, other residents shouting and arguing. It was ok but not as nice as I’d hoped.

Amazing trip
It was an amazing trip got to do and see everything that we wanted. Hotel was in a perfect location nice easy walk to the square. The room was brill nice and big, cleaned and tidied everyday which was perfect. The staff are very helpful and check on you everyday if you need anything or have any questions. It was a great hotel would definitely stay again!

A great location to be in, only 10-15 minute walk from the centre. However, I extremely confused with the facilities listed on Expedia. The property describes a self service breakfast for a charge, when we asked a lady on reception when we checked in, she said there is no breakfast option, this was extremely disappointing as this was a huge reason we had booked this property. The rooms were comfortable and clean but not sound proof from other apartments and outside noise. Unfortunately our television did not work at all and when were in our room, early morning and early evening/night there was nobody on reception. The shower was extremely temperamental and often went cold. Tea and coffee facilities were nice, except we bought milk from the local shop. Would recommend for someone for a short stay but unfortunately would not return ourselves.

First time in Krakow
First time visiting Krakow and we got so much help through email and all the information. The room look exactly like in photos the only one we can point out was the sink in the bathroom, otherwise the room was good. And the service was good, make sure the the card is hanging right. We hung the card to make the room, but didn't happend maybe because it was our last night... The neighbors could be a little bit loud so you could hear door opening and when they were walking above you. The location was good, when you out you could see a small like a street market and was like 15-20min walk to old town were you can find anything.

Had a great stay
We had a great stay, very happy with the apartman. It is in a great location, the old town is a 15min walk. The host was really nice and helpful, we didnt have any problems with check-in. The room was clean, had air con, all looked modern and well kept.

The staff leave you alone but help if needed. It was really like having an apartment experience. The old town is fifteen minutes walk away. Very clean and well designed. I did not want to leave.

Lovely room and great communication
Had a lovely stay for 4 nights with the jetted bathtub room. Booked for my partners 30th birthday. Had additional balloons and Prosecco added to our room. Communication was great all the way through. Even though there is no reception as such, it was always so easy to get hold of them for any query. Already looking forward to booking to come back! Not too far from main square either so location was great. Around a 15/20 min walk.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Prior to this we had email communication with the hotel to ensure that our check-in would be simple, and we even had tours booked in advance on our behalf. Hyggelig personale som snakket godt engelsk. Fint rom med tv, kjøleskap, vann/te/kaffe og strykejern. Noe minus for problemer med dusjen; hele boksen som dusjen var koblet til var løst og skled fra side til side på veggen. Også noe problemer med varmeregulering i dusjen, gikk fra iskaldt til glovarmt om hverandre. Ellers meget god beliggenhet, kun en ti min gange ned til gamlebyen.

Clean, well located property, only 10/15 minute walk from St Florian Gate. Modern room and friendly staff. My only suggestion is that when the hotel contacts you it would be useful to give the reception door number to get in through the front door as I had to contact them through Expedia to say we were outside. Apart from that, we were able to leave bag for the day when we departed, but had to take a note of the number to buzz to get back in. The desk is manned from midday to midnight.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay with Leo Apartments. The jacuzzi was nice after a long day in city. The only negative to mention is the proximity of good restaurants close by...you would have to walk 15mins to get to center. But again we it was our choice to stay
