Opphold i Krakow
Hotellet ligger i koselig området i Kazimierz. Masse barer, restauranter og liv om kvelden. Eneste negative ved hotellet - det er ikke noe fellesrom. Resepsjonen er lite - sitteplass bare for 1-2 personer. Hvis flyet ditt går om kvelden - må man oppholde seg i andre steder. Ellers var althelt topp!

Hôtel très propre situé au cœur du quartier juif. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Excellente literie et prestations. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Les produits sont de qualité. La navette pour se rendre à l’aéroport est vraiment un . Bref, tout était parfait! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. J’y retournerai sans problème. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

I had a most wonderful stay and would have no Hesitation whatsoever in recommending Perfect Hotel, I was allowed to check in early, And the Staff Anya,Katia,Justina,and,Anton and off the course the Housemaids, Were not only attentive and very helpful,but also very Knowledgeable about the Area Thankyou all once again for your care and kindness, God bless you all 🙏

Perfect Hotel? Not by a long shot!
I'm writing this review so to complain about a safety issue. We arrived at the hotel late Sunday, July 10th. We we entered the room it was hot and the instructions on the air conditioning was in Polish. Instead of contacting the desk I decided to open the 8 foot glass door that was connected to the balcony. To my shock, the door was not attached in the top left corner. I was able to prop the door with a chair and decided to contact the front desk the next morning. I was informed that it would be taken care of and that we would be able to switch rooms. On Friday I had had enough. I demanded that the gentleman on duty come up to the room and survey the glass door. He politely stated that he would comp the two soft drinks from the mini bar and allow us free breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday. Safety should be a number one issue at any hotel. If I'm paying for a room with a balcony I should be able to use it. Why could they simply have us change rooms? I saw no activity on our floor most evenings/mornings. There were only 6 rooms on our floor. The Perfect Hotel did have positive things going for it. Location, a very good breakfast and a comfy bed were appreciated. However, this incident could have been handled much more professionally. Hopefully, Perfect Hotel will learn from this avoidable mistake.

Great location, 4 min walk from the food trucks we wanted to visit and about a 20 minute walk to old town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes’s nearby.

Meer dan tevreden
Het is een nieuw hotel op een centrale locatie. De kamers zijn niet groot maar brandschoon en comfortabel. De onze lag aan de straatkant en was heel stil gedurende de nacht. Het ontbijt was geweldig: heel ruim aanbod en prima koffie. De service was (niet alleen bij het ontbijt) geweldig; de mensen deden alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het restaurant is een beetje duurder dan de vele jongeren (min of meer burger-type) in de buurt willen betalen maar voor ons niet extreem duur. Prima gerechten met o.a. ganzenvlees.

Perfect location, clean and trendy hotel
The hotel was really clean, nice, stylish and comfortable. The location in the middle of Jewish district is perfect, only few steps from countless of personal bars and restaurants. Still, the area was very quiet and so was the room. Note that no Ubers can pick you up from the hotel due to this area being closed for cars. But the pick up points are not far away. Only negative was the air condition that seemed not to be working and the room was quite hot. But overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

A fabulous City break
This hotel lives up to its name Perfect, a small hotel in a quiet area but with so much on its doorstep. There is a abundance of quirky bars and restaurants all with in minutes of its location. There is so much to see yet all within walking distance apart from the obvious main attractions which we visited and were very surprised to see them all extremely busy even this late in the year. The whole place is full of history so a recommendation would be take a short sightseeing trip then explore the areas you want to. We couldn’t fault the staff and service at this lovely hotel and we would certainly recommend this hotel for the quieter and more mature couples who wish to visit this wonderful City

Literally the only thing that lets this hotel down is the noisy pub round the back. If that wasnt there it would be perfect. Its a gorgeous hotel and the staff cannot help u enough

Some of the staff at the front desk actually ignored me and my wife when we came in or left for the day. They would be sittting on their phone or looking at the computer, it would take nothing to just get eye contact. On other occasions the staff couldn't do more for you.
