”Check in was not good. Hotel had no luggage racks to help get in luggage when checking in. Asked about one and they said "well there were 2 here awhile ago but lots of people checking in." Imagine that, on a Friday at 7pm! Crazy that they don't have more luggage wheeled racks to help for that size of a hotel. Also, one of the elevators was broken so took forever to get on one.”

”I was disappointed that the water park was closed and only open during the times that we were attending a game. The breakfast we ate at the restaurant was below average and our waitress was difficult to get her attention to get service yet pay our bill. The arcade was not open and maintanence could spend some time cleaning the bathroom exhaust fan. Rather disappointed.”

”Breakfast left something to be desired, wish there were more offerings. But the bed was the best and most supportive bed of all hotel stays were had this year, 5-6 stays this year. If we catch another Green Bay game this will most assuredly be on our list to go to for a stay. Room was huge, bathroom was huge. View was great. Stayed on third floor, quiet hotel hardly heard anyone. Thanks for a great stay Nuk’s.”

”We came in for a Thursday night Green Bay Packer Game and had a 2 night stay minimum. Check-in was flawless and staff was overall very courteous and friendly. Our room was ok, obvious the entire property needs some upgrading. If you are a business person and need a place to work in a room, there is no such spot, you need to got to the lobby. The bed was ok, but definitely needs to have the mattress replace and it sank in the middle. The soap and shampoo that were supposed to be hanging on the...

”I think the windows should be better protected so the other rooms cannot look into your room. It is easy to achieve with a folio on the window.
The room cannot be blacked out. Also this can be easily achieved.”
