”Hotel excelente! Ótimo atendimento por todos os funcionários. Assim que entrei no quarto, verifiquei que tinham presentes: uma bolsa de tecido para utilizar na praia e mercado, evitando assim as sacolas de plástico, além disso uma garrafa reutilizável para água (haviam bebedores espalhados pelo hotel). Super recomendo, a praia privativa do hotel é incrível. Muito próximo a praia Mambo Beach, lugar com um centrinho comercial e vários restaurantes (5 min caminhando).”

”Hotel staff was very bad, not helpful at all. They didn't voluntarily give ANY information about resort and its services but one had to ask about everything, so we missed with some happenings & shuttle services etc! Also they declined to return internet payment even though the PC was broken! Resort area seemed to be bit untidy/unkept and it also was under some costruction work. Maybe as high season was just starting...”

”No help from hotel staff when needing a buddy for freediving. Overall staff experience was very bad. Cleaning was not done even on days when I was all morning away from hotek until 14. Shame, because place has potential. Swimming pool and rooms are nice on the new side. You can go swimming to the sea in front of hotel and do snorkeling a bit. City center and restaurants are quite far so better suited for guests with a car.”

”The property was amazing. Its in the middle of everything. You dont need a rental car because everything in walking distance. The property manager was great. All the amenities is super up to date and the pool area is awesome. Little walk out the resort and the marina and store's are right there. Love this place”
