”Pulling up to the property looked a little sketchy, but it isn’t at all. It was spotless clean. We had a free shuttle from the airport and to the airport. The host, Georgia, was very nice. She had great communication. She even placed a food order for us and we had pizza delivered. This was awesome because we were starving and it was late. The only problem was that the bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drain.”

”Hele ruime kamer, top! De bedden waren ook goed. Keuken prima met grote koelkast, heel fijn! Kleine puntjes van aandacht, de douchedeur onderaan die begint te rotten door het water, de waterdruk van de douche is erg laag. "Hotelli sijaitsi metropysäkin vieressä, mikä oli hyvä. Ateena on kaupunkina melko epäsiisti ja huonosti pidetty. Hotelli oli siisti ja allasalue huippuhyvä. Kylpyhuone lainehti vedessä suihkun aikana, koska mitään suihkuseinää ei siellä ollut. Toki taitaa sama ongelma olla ulkomailla melkein aina. Aamupala oli hyvä. Siivouksen taso olisi voinut olla parempi. Hotelli olisi omasta mielestä 3 1/2 tähden hotelli, sillä huoneet eivät vastaa 4 tai 4 1/2 tähden hotellin tasoa, kun on tullut oltua itse paremmissa hotellissa aiemmin. Kylpyhuoneen viimeistelyn taso ei vain riitä. Joka tapauksessa onnistunut reissu, hyvä sijainti (Ateenassa on paljon kerjäläisiä yms.eikä hotellinkaan alue ollut siisti ja meillä se etukäteen jo tiedossa),ihana uima-allas meidän tytöille ja ihan ok aamupala. Ateenassa jos haluaa käydä, niin hotelli on siihen oikein hyvä."

"Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla: kävellen Syntagma-aukiolle ja metroasemalle menee 10 minuuttia. Metrolla numero 3 pääsee asemalta suoraan lentokentälle. Monastiraki-aukio on 10 minuutin kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotellin lähellä on paljon ruoka- ja ostospaikkoja. Akropolis-kukkulalle pääsee kävellen 20 minuutissa. Hotelli on äskettäin avattu ja remontoitu täysin. Meillä oli huoneena Deluxe Familty Suite, joka oli tilava ja erittäin siisti huone. Huone siivottiin päivittäin. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja kattava, paljon Kreikkalaisia makuja. Varaukseen sisältyi myös tervetuliaisjuomat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällisisä ja kielitaitoisia. "

"The best part of this hotel is definitely its view from the rooftop (pools & breakfast/restaurant). Also the spa is very nice. The location is a bit away from the main tourist attractions/areas, but still a rather easy walking distance - not the most pleasant walk though. The room was comfortable. There are some signs of the property not being brand new any more (stains on corridor floors, water damage on bathroom door etc.) even though it’s modern. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The gym was ok."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but for a five-star hotel, we expected a bit more — especially fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Our room was on the fifth floor, just below the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which stayed open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, the noise from upstairs carried into our room quite clearly, and it sounded like furniture was being moved around constantly. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped us get some sleep since we had an early start the next morning. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's common areas were luxurious and beautifully designed. However, the room itself could use a bit of a refresh, especially when it comes to surface finishes. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants."
