The spacious living area combines stylish design with maximum comfort: a modern fitted kitchen, an elegant dining area, a comfortable leather sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a cozy reading chair create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors lead to the partially covered terrace, which provides shelter on warm, rainy days and pleasant shade in the height of summer.

Both bedrooms are equipped with excellent mattresses and guarantee a restful sleep. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds; an additional bed can be provided upon request. A further bathroom offers a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin. A separate guest toilet is also available. Insect screens on all opening windows ensure quiet, undisturbed nights.

For your convenience, guests have access to a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a private parking space. The apartment is non-smoking.
