”The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

”Staff was very friendly (& efficient), but they need help. Of the 3 we had contact with, there’s only 1 employee at night, running the entire hotel.
Every room needs a “make-up” mirror, so the ladies can “fix their faces.”
