The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. - The property is equipped with external surveillance cameras located at the entrance, in the car park and in the pool area. For security reasons, the cameras record videos and images in order to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Charging station for electric vehicles (subject to a fee): €25 per charge.
