Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Krk. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house. The house is situated near a busy road. Traffic noise may be audible inside the property. - The property is equipped with external surveillance cameras located at the entrance, in the car park and in the pool area. For safety reasons, the cameras record videos and images in order to ensure the security of the property and the guests. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. - Charging station for electric vehicles (subject to a fee): €25 per charge.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, saltwater, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). The heated pool is available seasonally from 01.05. to 01.10. and the use of our swimming pool is at your own risk.
