”The pool was ice cold to cold for a kid something’s wrong , our air didn’t work , they didn’t have a fan .. parking sucked ”

”Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. ”

”Didn’t clean room but once during the entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels and a bag to empty out trash cans in room cause they were overflowing ”

”This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

”The air conditioner didn't work as well as expected. The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was more continental versus a full breakfast. I also would have liked a hot tub. ”

”The staff and the ambiance is great. The price point for what you get for the rooms is sub-par. All rather over priced for what you get. The rooms are fun but small. Beds horrible. Heat comes on at five am no matter the setting you have it set at. ”

”Everything was satisfactory, only the floor was sticky. Convenient after drinking at the mexican restaurant in the levee. No need to drive anywhere”

”There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free. ”

”More on the reservation. Booked with breakfast and got to the hotel and was told I didn’t have breakfast on my reservation. Pretty sure I paid more for it. ”
