Clean room. Front desk staff is nice. Room has broken refrigerator but was able to replace. Other roomâs AC doesnt work. Breakfast has variety but staff is not nice. Very unorganized

This is not a bad hotel: It is perfectly adequate. This hotel is not used to international travelers.
